Do not disconnect wires, open electrical panels, or modify/damage the equipment in any way. Contact GoodRock Energy Customer Support to perform repairs.
BUILDING PV PERFECTION
If a problem develops with your GoodRock Energy PV system, we will likely notice it before you do.
We use only reliable solar panel manufacturers that offer power output warranties of 25 or 30 years. Our inverters are warrantied for 20 years and include output and connection monitoring. The odds of your solar system ever experiencing failures are extremely unlikely but it can happen. If it does, you can count on GoodRock Energy for support.

Solar Generation Monitoring
All of GoodRock Energy solar installation components are tested and output verified during the PV system commissioning process. Should an anomaly be detected after such time, our service department is sent an electronic notice of the failed or soon to fail component. The component is shipped to our facilities and scheduled for replacement automatically.
Professional Drone Services
GoodRock Energy has commercially licensed drone pilots on staff for planning new installations, and touchless structure inspections, facilitating potential service issues.
